Our flagship proposal: a community-led prefab village on the Sunshine Coast, designed by and for young people.
Up to 100 modular homes on a single 10-acre block, with 7 usable acres. Land is leased so it stays out of speculation; residents own their home outright. Designed to be delivered in months, not years, and replicable anywhere a council is willing to back it.
